Why are Partnerships necessary?
While our platform is purely for handcrafted and art based work made by local home based creatives who make items themselves, it’s partnerships with folks like you which uplift our cause.

We not only highlight your business as a partner at the event, but we also share with the community what your presence means to us and the support you’re extending to our platform by having your stall here.

This partnership allows us to welcome non handmade work and commercial businesses / resellers, while offering them value add positioning through our platform. It can lead to greater visibility, awareness, and in return growth for your venture through added marketing, profiling, and visibility.

Use this form to complete your booking for the upcoming craft fair. Please note, all parts of the form must clearly be submitted for us to complete this booking for your brand name. Please only submit the form after you have read and understood the terms and conditions. We look forward to building collaborative opportunities to support your venture in thanks for believing in ours!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All bookings conducted will be on first come first serve basis. There are limited partner stalls.

  • All bookings are non refundable, non-transferable.

  • Stall sharing is not permitted / allowed.

  • All participants are to show ethical business practices. Anyone found of fraudulent behavior with customers offline the event platform will be removed from the show. The Crafter’s Guild cannot on board individuals or businesses partaking in unfair business practices.

  • Partners must provide marketing collateral including high resolution logo, write up etc via email for The Crafter’s Guild to timely include it in the upcoming campaigns / collaboration.

  • Set Up information for event day will be conveyed before the event with the floor plan, stall numbers, etc.

  • The Crafter’s Guild takes no responsibility for the number of sales / lack of. All promotional material / publicity / deliverables are outlined as under for understanding of partners and collaborators.

You may be contacted for a meeting to discuss way forward for your business and its strategy for marketing at the event and any additional requirements or clarity.

  • For basic marketing and promotions of your business / brand.

    1. One 4x2.5 feet table and chair are assigned.

    2. One Standee can be placed at the entrance of the event

    3. Logo is placed on Media Wall

    4. Logo is placed on printed invites

    5. Up to three team members can be on ground to display / circulate / or sample products

    6. Business is tagged on social media event page

    1. For greater awareness and mileage for your business, online and offline.

    2. Two 4x2.5 feet tables and chairs are assigned.

    3. Two Standees can be placed at the entrance the event

    4. Logo is placed on Media Wall

    5. Logo is placed on printed invites

    6. Up to three team members can be on ground to display / circulate / or sample products

    7. Business is tagged on social media event page

    8. Business is tagged on instagram (once)

    9. Event day, 2 stories are made and brand is tagged via @guildofcraft platform

    10. Business is mentioned as a partner in the press release / and circulated in news coverage

  • Partner presence is greater as a business, online and offline for the event.

    1. 8x8 feet area is assigned to conduct activity / create awareness / make sales includes 1 table and 2 chairs

    2. Two Standees can be placed at the entrance the event

    3. Logo is placed on Media Wall

    4. Logo is placed on printed invites

    5. Up to five team members can be on ground to display / circulate / or sample products

    6. Business is tagged on social media event page

    7. Business is tagged on instagram (twice)

    8. Event day, 2 stories are made and brand is tagged via @guildofcraft platform

    9. Business is mentioned as a partner in the press release / and circulated in news coverage

    10. Business can send 10 items / service vouchers to be circulated to top tier influencers / bloggers with remaining invites for the event.
