CEDAR CARNIVAL

  • A stall comes with 1 table 4x2.5 feet and 1 chair, along with an entry pass for TWO people (free). Additional tables can be purchased for 5,000/-. Additional tickets can be purchased.

    All participants must actively market and promote the Cedar Carnival on their social media platforms.

  • 15,000/- for craft based businesses (home based) and 10,000/- for NGO’s and Charitable platforms working with crafts / artisanal work.

  • We don’t have stall sharing in our policy due to the nature of marketing / promotions on this platform.

  • We do not have a refund / transfer policy for bookings for the Bazaar.

  • You will be informed with set up information including floor plan, timings, restrictions (if any) and any additional points to consider for the event closer to the event date.

  • The Cedar Carnival is a fundraiser. All attendees require tickets. One ticket is free with each stall, additional members can acquire tickets before the event as this is a fundraiser. Children under 5 are free.

    Pre Event tickets are 350/-
    Event Day tickets at the gate are 500/-

The Crafter’s Guild is honored to play a small role in advocating for charitable causes and to be a part of such a fantastic fundraising initiative! We’re looking forward to curating and hosting the Bazaar aspect of the upcoming Cedar Carnival to fundraise toward building a children’s day care and women’s training center in Khuda ki Basti.
